Floor plans are not to scale and are therefore not suitable for deriving dimensions, for example for the purpose of furniture planning. The condition and specifications of the buildings and office spaces shall be governed exclusively by the lease agreement to be concluded between the tenant and the developer. It is expressly pointed out that the computer-generated images (renderings), photographs, plans, floor plans and other graphic representations of the individual buildings, office spaces and façades, including their color schemes, are non-binding. In particular, the renderings and other graphic representations merely reflect the artistic interpretation of the illustrator. The visual representations and written descriptions contained on this website do not constitute an agreement on a specific quality or condition. In particular, any representations showing furniture and built-in elements serve solely as furnishing examples and are intended for illustrative purposes only. The illustrations may also depict optional layouts and/or fittings that can only be implemented subject to specific agreement and for an additional charge. Where design features or furnishings (including furniture, sanitary fittings, kitchens, electrical appliances, outdoor furniture, planters, etc.) are shown, these shall only be provided if and to the extent that they form part of the lease agreement to be concluded and the construction specification attached thereto as an integral part of the contract.
